Inaugural Associate Members
UCIEP is excited to announce its inaugural Associate Members to join the organization since the bylaws and guidelines were modified to be more inclusive of the various English Language Programs. UCIEP welcomes the institutions below to the flock (listed in alphabetical order). These new Associate Members have three years to meet all membership requirements to become Full Members.- California State University, Long Beach

In February of 2023, UCIEP members voted to create an Associate Membership category, an initial membership type to provide support for university and college English language programs as they strive to achieve Full Member status under UCIEP guidelines. For two years, the UCIEP Board worked diligently to amend procedures in order to make the Associate Membership possible. It is a proud accomplishment having seven institutions enrolled with the Associate Membership since implementation.Signing up for an Associate Membership was very easy from start to finish. Filling out the eligibility form and my institution's information took less than an hour. I was part of UCIEP under my last employer, so I knew that I needed my current institution to become a member. The support and knowledge of the UCIEP membership is priceless and the returns on investment are worth every penny of the membership fee.
